These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern access to the website at https://devnexusai.digital and participation in technical analysis training offered by DevNexusAI Digital (“we”, “us”), including multi-timeframe coaching, private chart reviews, and workshops.

Acceptance

By browsing this site or submitting an enquiry form, you confirm that you have read these Terms. By paying a deposit or fee for a lesson, you accept these Terms together with any written confirmation we send about dates, format, and price.

Training nature and no investment advice

Our services are educational. We teach methods of reading forex charts across timeframes. We do not provide personalised investment advice, portfolio management, trade signals for execution on your behalf, or brokerage services. You remain solely responsible for any trading decisions and for compliance with laws applicable to you.

Accounts, eligibility, and conduct

You must provide accurate contact details when enquiring. Sessions may be declined or ended early if a participant disrupts the group, shares other students’ charts without consent, or demands trade calls contrary to the educational scope.

Intellectual property

Course handouts, checklists, annotated examples, and website copy remain our intellectual property. You may keep materials for personal study. You may not resell, publish, or teach from our handouts as your own curriculum without prior written permission.

Charts and examples on this site are illustrative. Markets change; past chart behaviour is not a promise of future results. We may update pages without prior notice.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under the laws of Taiwan (Republic of China), we are not liable for trading losses, missed market moves, or consequential damages arising from your use of educational content or from decisions you make after sessions. Our aggregate liability connected to a paid lesson is limited to the fees you paid us for that lesson.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan (Republic of China). Courts in Taipei shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.
