Refunds, cancellation, and rescheduling

This policy applies to paid technical analysis training from DevNexusAI Digital: Multi-Timeframe Coaching, Private Chart Review sessions, and Weekend Workshops. It does not cover brokerage fees, third-party charting subscriptions, or products we do not sell.

Eligibility overview

Refund eligibility depends on how far in advance you cancel, whether the lesson has started, and whether materials prepared uniquely for you have already been delivered.

Timeframes

• Coaching block deposit: Full refund of the deposit if you cancel in writing at least 14 days before the first scheduled session. Within 14 days, the deposit is retained as a scheduling fee unless we cancel.
• Coaching block balance: If you withdraw after sessions have begun, unused future weeks may be partially refunded minus sessions already delivered and preparation already completed, assessed case by case.
• Private Chart Review: Full refund if cancelled at least 48 hours before the session. Inside 48 hours, the fee is non-refundable unless we can fill the slot.
• Weekend Workshop seat: Full refund minus any non-recoverable room costs if cancelled at least 7 days before the workshop date. Inside 7 days, seats are non-refundable but may be transferred to another person you nominate (subject to our approval).

Full vs partial refunds

Full refunds apply only when the conditions above for full refund are met and no session has been delivered. Partial refunds may apply to unused coaching weeks. Once a Private Chart Review has occurred, that fee is non-refundable.

Non-refundable items

• Deposits forfeited under the timing rules above
• Sessions already delivered (including no-shows without timely notice)
• Custom printed materials already produced for an in-person workshop seat after the print cut-off we communicate
• Administrative bank fees charged by your bank on international transfers, if any

Process

Email hello@devnexusai.digital with “Refund” in the subject, your full name, lesson type, and payment reference. We confirm eligibility within five business days.

Processing time and method

Approved refunds are returned via the original payment method where possible, typically within 10–15 business days after approval. We do not offer cash refunds at the Shulin office.

Cancellation by us

If we cancel a session or workshop, you may choose a reschedule or a full refund of amounts paid for the cancelled element.

Rescheduling

Coaching allows one pause week with at least 48 hours’ notice. Additional moves depend on instructor availability. Chart reviews may be moved once if notice meets the 48-hour rule. Workshop dates are fixed once the cohort is confirmed; see transfer rules above.

Deposits

Deposits secure calendar time. They are applied to your balance when the lesson proceeds and are handled under the refund timing rules when it does not.

No-shows

Missing a scheduled session without notice counts as delivered for refund purposes. Contact us as early as possible if an emergency arises; we consider documented emergencies in good faith.

Work already started

Once coaching homework review or chart pre-read has begun for a booked slot, preparation time may be deducted from any partial refund.
