How DevNexusAI Digital collects, uses, and retains personal data related to enquiries and training.

Data controller

Data we collect

  • Identity and contact details you provide (name, email, phone if supplied)
  • Enquiry content (lesson interest, experience notes, message text)
  • Scheduling details for booked sessions
  • Payment references necessary to match deposits and balances (processed via invoicing arrangements, not card checkout on this site)
  • Technical logs such as cookie identifiers described in our Cookies page

We do not ask for passport numbers, full bank passwords, or brokerage login credentials through the website form.

We use data to respond to enquiries, deliver coaching and workshops, issue invoices, improve session logistics, and meet accounting or legal obligations in Taiwan. Processing is based on steps requested before a contract, performance of a training agreement, our legitimate interests in operating a training practice, and consent where required for optional analytics cookies.

Retention

Enquiry messages without enrolment are typically retained up to 24 months. Enrolment and invoicing records are retained for the period required by Taiwanese accounting and tax rules, then deleted or anonymised. Session notes tied to your charts are kept for the coaching block plus up to 12 months unless a longer retention is required for a dispute.

Sharing

We use service providers who host email, video sessions, or bookkeeping under instructions from us. We do not sell personal data. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect rights and safety.

International transfers

If a provider stores data outside Taiwan, we take reasonable contractual and organisational steps appropriate to the transfer. You may ask us which providers are involved in your case.

Your rights

Subject to applicable Taiwan personal data protection law, you may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of processing, and you may object to certain processing. To exercise rights, email hello@devnexusai.digital. You may also lodge a complaint with the competent authority in Taiwan.

Children

Training is aimed at adults. We do not knowingly collect data from children for enrolment.
